Stretch out, get comfortable and move with us
Often dance is an expression of the body communicating to an audience. Our wellbeing offerings acknowledge that some movement is speaking to ourselves. Wellbeing is movement you do for YOU.
At Ascendance, we believe peacefulness and healing lives within us. Our bodies carry an innate intelligence that speaks of what we need every day. We need only listen to achieve the balance we crave. Our studio offers a warm, safe space to achieve your well deserved “me time.” Come and tap into your restoration and healing with our selection of fitness and wellbeing classes. Most classes are $12 and you can pay as you go or pick up a $60 AIWA class card for $50 from our office. Check the most current schedule for current offerings and details about our rates.
