In Person AND Online Streaming Classes
Come in From the Cold!
(Or Stay Home and Keep Dancing!)
We are very aware that a global pandemic is still upon us and we diligently keep abreast of public health recommendations. Please see our covid preparation page to learn of the upgrades we have made to our facility to keep our families and dancers safe.
In Person Classes
The weather and the seasons have spoken, and dancing in the park is – unfortunately – no longer an option.
But we have spent the summer and fall preparing for this eventuality, and our indoor space has an upgraded ionization ventilation system, several air purifiers, and 8 foot spaces taped out on the dance floors. We have new traffic flow patterns, sanitizer dispensers at every entrance, and a yearning to dance together again – safely!
We are now offering in person classes – at reduced capacity in accordance with state and CDC guidelines – in both of our studios with only slight changes to the outdoor schedule. If you just can’t do one more minute of zooming, come in and groove!
Online Streaming Classes
The in person experience is not for everyone at this stage – there is still a pandemic, and we honor any dancer’s preference to enjoy the safest dancing experience by taking advantage of our upgraded streaming service for online classes.
We have upgraded our sound and video systems to make the online experience more friendly for the living room student, and are prepared to bring the studio experience into your home as best as we can. Is it the same? No, of course not – but it meets the needs of our dancers who are not able to join us in person.
We are so grateful for the community of families and dancers that continue to dance with us through these difficult times and feel the support of the families that have us in their hearts but aren’t able to join us in class. We sincerely hope that these changes – though they are unwelcome and unfortunate – help provide healthy movement and artistic opportunities to young people who have already had their routines and activities curtailed so much. We just have to keep adapting, so stay tuned as we all roll with the punches and keep the beat doing it!
