Doonya: The Bollywood Workout
Doonya: The Bollywood Workout is a dance based high-intensity interval training fitness program, accessible to all “fitness” levels. Set to the powerful drum beats of South Asia and starting with a movement breakdown, participants are equipped with fun, energetic steps to take them through 8-11 songs. Each heart pounding routine targets a major muscle group through innovative & easy-to-follow choreography.

Mother-Daughter Self-Defense and Assertiveness Training Workshops
Relationship and community are based on a fundamental sense of safety, and while we can all benefit from learning more about how to establish safe boundaries for ourselves, this workshop is an opportunity for Mothers and their Daughters to learn self-defense and assertiveness from Spirit of the Heart’s inspirational Nancy Rothenberg.
Based on the same curriculum as Nancy’s STRONG™ program, this regular workshop integrates a shared experience for multiple generations of women. Just like the general STRONG™ program at Ascendance, this workshop is free for families with students taking regular classes and $20 per mother-daughter pair for others.
